Spring Cleanout Request Form 2011...

We will be conducting spring cleanouts starting in April 2011. Considering the number of ponds and waterfalls we need to service this will likely run into the better part of May. As always, we schedule according to both geographical location and first requests.

Although we take extra care to keep your fish safe and free of harm during your pond’s cleanout, we cannot guarantee their health or safety. In spring, the immune systems of your fish are at their weakest, and they are most vulnerable to disease, stress, injury or other physical illnesses, even death. Sawyer Waterscaping, LLP does not, at any time, take responsibility for the health or safety of your fish and will not be held liable or negligible for the health, safety or physical well being of your fish. Our trained staff will use all of their skilled knowledge to properly clean and service your pond. Sawyer Waterscaping, LLP. does not, at any time, take responsibility for any structural or mechanical issues that may arise after the pond is cleaned and refilled. If an issue requiring a service call is covered under warranty, service will be provided as specified by the manufacturer warranty policy. Any issues not covered under a manufacturer warranty will be charged as a service call with labor and material to be paid in full at time of service.
